Our Team
President & CEO
Blessed to have the perfect blend of education and training in business management and nutritional sciences, Calibrations International has been a beautiful evolution for me. I started as a technician for a Florida-based company, where I received my initial training. We developed a partnership with our ISO 17025 company, USA Calibrations, and simultaneously Calibrations International was born. Determined to travel and apply my love of science, I hit the ground running and started in Pennsylvania developing the I-70 territory between my home state of Pennsylvania and beautiful Colorado. In 2018, we moved the company west to Bozeman, Montana providing service to 34 states at the time. As we continue to grow, we now serve 49 states and have been blessed to work alongside some of our great clients who have joined our team.
COO
Originally from western Canada, Rick has a background in occupational therapy, he joined the Calibrations International team full-time in 2020 after relocating to the US. Working alongside Theresa, they have developed processes to scale and grow the company to better serve our clients across the US. Rick now serves as the COO, streamlining operations and working to recruit only the best team members to represent the company.
Administrative Support & Marketing Lead
Madeline is both our marketing lead and head of administrative support, she is committed to reaching new people and new places across the United States, as well as offering support to staff internally with care and attention to detail. She has been working with Calibrations International for 5 years and has even gotten into the lab to do work when needed. She has just completed her undergraduate degree and is excited to continue to see growth in the company.
