Our Team
President & CEO
Blessed to have the perfect blend of education and training in business management and nutritional sciences, Calibrations International has been a beautiful evolution for me. I started as a technician for a Florida-based company, where I received my initial training. We developed a partnership with our ISO 17025 company, USA Calibrations, and simultaneously Calibrations International was born. Determined to travel and apply my love of science, I hit the ground running and started in Pennsylvania developing the I-70 territory between my home state of Pennsylvania and beautiful Colorado. In 2018, we moved the company west to Bozeman, Montana providing service to 34 states at the time. As we continue to grow, we now serve 49 states and have been blessed to work alongside some of our great clients who have joined our team.
COO
Originally from western Canada, Rick has a background in occupational therapy, he joined the Calibrations International team full-time in 2020 after relocating to the US. Working alongside Theresa, they have developed processes to scale and grow the company to better serve our clients across the US. Rick now serves as the COO, streamlining operations and working to recruit only the best team members to represent the company.
Administrative Support & Marketing Lead
Madeline is both our marketing lead and head of administrative support, she is committed to reaching new people and new places across the United States, as well as offering support to staff internally with care and attention to detail. She has been working with Calibrations International for 5 years and has even gotten into the lab to do work when needed. She has just completed her undergraduate degree and is excited to continue to see growth in the company.
PA Northeast
Originally from Cameroon in Central Africa, Tanedjeu has spent the last 10 years working as a researcher and scientist for company startups and universities in food science, immunology, and molecular biology. In 2022, while working as a lab manager, he met with Theresa and decided to join the team. Since then, he has overseen our Northeast territory including PA, NY, NJ, MD, and DE, and has assisted with the surrounding territories. Outside of work, Tanedjeu is a loving father of 3 boys who enjoys road trips, soccer, and volleyball. Being a part of the Calibrations International team has given him the opportunity to explore many states while providing excellent service to our clients.
KS Plains
Tyler is our team training lead, quality manager, and head of special projects, he also serves the KS Plains territory including Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, and North Dakota. Before joining the Calibrations International team, Tyler spent over 10 years in molecular and microbiological labs studying plant pathology, pathogen diagnostics, and food safety.
IA Midwest
Jesse is the lead for our husband & wife team in the Iowa Midwest territory. Formerly, a Clinical Research Laboratory Manager at the University of Iowa, Jesse has extensive experience with laboratory equipment, testing protocols, and regulatory documentation. Both Jesse & Araceli provide “top gun” professional service in Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky, as well as the surrounding areas.
AL South
Claire has nearly 10 years of experience working in microbiological and molecular biology laboratories focusing on food safety, veterinary diagnostics, fermentation, and ecology. As a previous laboratory manager, she relied on calibration services from the Calibrations International team and now relishes the opportunity to provide reliable high-quality services to other labs.
OH Lakes
Jill has spent over 20 years as a cell and molecular biologist in breast and prostate cancer research and drug development. She met Rick and Theresa while managing her last laboratory and decided very quickly calibrating would be a great new opportunity and joined the team in 2024. Bill, who has 30 years of experience in distribution as a service manager and sales, jumped on board and they are now off on a new adventure taking over our Lakes territories, as well as surrounding areas as needed. During their time away from work, they enjoy nature, hiking, and traveling, and have one son who works for the Division of Forests and Wildlife on the island of Hawaii.
