Calibrations International Inc, was born in 2007 to provide the highest quality analytical calibration services to both on-site and mail clients in educational institutions, energy, chemical, environmental, bio-medical and manufacturing laboratories across the globe. With offices in Montana and Iowa, and satellite facilities in Pennsylvania and Kansas. Calibrations International currently serves laboratories in 42 states well as international laboratories and we are always growing to meet client demand. Meet the Team
Theresa L Rohe, President & Chief Executive Officer
Blessed to have the perfect blend of education and training in business management and the nutritional sciences, Calibrations International has been a beautiful evolution for me. I started as a technician for a Florida based company where I received my initial training. We developed a partnership for our ISO 17025 company, USA Calibrations, and simultaneously Calibrations International was born. Determined to travel and apply my love of science, I hit the ground and started in Pennsylvania developing the I-70 territory between my home state of PA and beautiful Colorado. In 2018, we moved the company west to Bozeman Montana providing service to 34 states at that time. As we continue to grow, we now serve 45 states and have been blessed to work alongside some of our great clients that have joined our team.
Theresa started Calibrations International over 17 years ago after being a partner of USA Calibrations, an ISO 17025 company. Theresa and Rick now serve over 45 states with both on site and administrative duties. Rick joined full time in 2020 after over 7 years in occupational therapy.
Rick Cox, Chief Operating Officer
Originally from western Canada, Rick has a background in occupational therapy, he joined the Calibrations International team full time in 2020 after relocating to the US. Working alongside Theresa, they have developed processes to scale and grow the company to better serve our clients across the US. Rick now serves as the COO, streamlining operations and working to recruit only the best team members to represent the company.
Tyler Doerksen, KS Plains Technical Specialist
Tyler has had 10+ years of experience in a variety of molecular and microbiological labs including plant pathology research, pathogen diagnostics, and food safety. After joining the Calibrations International team, his roles have included training lead, quality manager, and head of special projects.
Tanedjeu Kemgang, PA Northeast Technical Specialist
Originally from Cameroon in Central Africa, Tanedjeu spent the last 10 years working as a researcher and scientist for company startups and universities in areas like food science, immunology and molecular biology. In 2022, while working as a lab manager, he met with the Pipette Lady and decided to join the team. Since then, he has been in charge of our Northeast territory including PA, NY, NJ, MD, and DE and has assisted with the surrounding territories. Outside of work, Tanedjeu is a loving father of 3 boys who enjoys road trips, soccer, and volleyball. Being a part of the Calibrations International team has given him the opportunity to explore many states, while providing excellent service to our clients.
Jesse & Araceli Espinoza, IA Midwest Technical Specialists
Jesse is the lead for our husband & wife team in the Iowa Midwest territory. Formerly, a Clinical Research Laboratory Manager at the University of Iowa, Jesse has extensive experience with laboratory equipment, testing, protocols, and regulatory documentation. They provide “top gun” professional service in Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana and Kentucky, as well as the surrounding areas.
Madeline Whitsel, Marketing Specialist & Administrative Support
Madeline is both our marketing lead and our head of administrative support and is committed to reaching new people and new places across the United States, as well as, offer support to staff internally with care and attention to detail. She has been working with Calibrations International for 5 years, and has even gotten into the lab to do some work when needed. She has just completed her undergraduate degree and is excited to continue to see the growth of the company.
